hOW DO YOU SHIP?
We use postal services worldwide as do our dealers and distributors. For North America we can also use courier services for faster delivery. At the time of order you will be advised on shipping costs and options.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept paypal as direct payment. We will accept money orders mailed to us but please allow 5 to 10 business days for clearance. Simply send us an e-mail with your desire to pay by money order and we will give you an address to send it to. We do not at this time accept credit cards.

what is your return policy?
IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED YOU MAY RETURN ANY PRODUCT AT YOUR SHIPPING EXPENSE FOR A REFUND OF THE PRODUCT VALUE.
For other types of returns please contact the dealer/distributor/store you purchased the product from for a return number authorization (RNA) explaining the reason for your return. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs which will be reimbursed upon our receipt and confirmation of the authorized return.
1/16th R/C Models - all models are tested for operation prior to being shipped. In fact you will be e-mailed an uploaded you tube video of the vehicle in operation for your approval. Return for shipping damages only. Please include photos of damages with your RNA request. RNA request must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
Sherman Firefly VC Kit - returns permitted at customers expense. Product damages will be replaced.

Why don't you have an order form?
Having a full store set up costs money per transaction and monthly fees, yearly up keep, Blah, Blah, Blah... Since this is such a small market and I am just doing a few little things to start better to give the customer the best deal I can...
